Lash Tinting

Tinting is a shading technique which upgrades your already beautiful lashes to help characterise your highlights by improving shape, shading and thickness, making them intense and delightful – which is considerably more advantageous as it on the other hand implies you don’t have to utilize much cosmetics.

Brow Lamination

Brow Lamination

Brow lamination is basically a perm for your brows, as it gives them a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time. Instead of curls, a setting lotion helps brow hair stay brushed up and lifted upward for about six weeks. With over 4 years experience in brow lamination, you know you have the expertise for your brow treatments right here at FACEWORX.

LVL Lash Lift

LVL Lash Lift enhances your lashes without the use of extensions and gives your natural lashes a beautiful curl lasting up to 8 weeks. With over 4 years experience in ash lifts, the treatment works by straightening the lashes at the root giving them the appearance of “Length, Volume and Lift”. There is no need for any maintenance appointments in between but you will need to have the process repeated every 6 – 8 weeks to lift the new hair growth. To keep your lashes looking blacker than black, return to the salon after 4 weeks to top up your tint.

Eyebrow lamination is a semi-permanent beauty treatment that helps to give eyebrows a more uniform and groomed appearance. It involves the use of special solutions that are applied to the eyebrow hairs, which then set them into place for up to six weeks. This aesthetic procedure can help transform thin, sparse eyebrows into thicker, fuller arches that stay in place all day.

It is becoming increasingly popular among those who want to achieve a dramatic and polished look without having to rely on brow makeup alone.

Brow lamination can damage your brows if it is not done correctly. The process involves chemical treatment with specialised solutions that can cause irritation and redness, leading to peeling and shedding of the skin on your eyebrows.
Typically, a brow lamination treatment can last up to 8 weeks, although the duration may vary depending on an individual’s natural growth cycle of their eyebrow hair. The effects of the lamination typically last longer than those of a tint or waxing as the hairs are set in place.
Eyebrow lamination is generally not painful. The process involves coating the eyebrows with a nourishing solution, then wrapping them in a perm-like paper and using a small amount of heat. It isn’t as intense as an eyebrow waxing or threading and some people even liken it to an eyebrow massage.
Yes, you can shower after getting laminated brows. However, it is important to wait at least 24 hours after getting the service done before doing so. This is because the product used for lamination needs time to fully absorb into the hairs and ensure that the treatment lasts as long as possible.
No, you don’t have to brush your brows after lamination. Lamination is a process that involves adhering a thin film of material like plastic or wax to the natural hairs of your eyebrows in order to give them a more groomed shape and keep them looking neat throughout the day.
No, brow lamination does not make eyes look bigger. Brow lamination is a cosmetic procedure that is used to shape, tame and lift the eyebrows. It involves applying a solution to the eyebrow hairs and then wrapping them in a tissue or foil so as to give them an even, lifted shape.

Your lash tinting treatment should last about a month. The dyes used are not permanent so there will be a slow fading of color over a period of time.

Also, our eyelashes do fall out naturally every day which is another reason why eyelash tints don’t last as long as you might hope for.

Eyelash tinting is a process in which dye is applied to the eyelashes to give a darker appearance. This can make your eyes lashes look fuller without applying mascara or other makeup products.

Lash lifts are the subtle choice of enhancing one’s eyelashes, while lash extensions offer a more dynamic result. Lift treatments add shape and volume to natural lashes without added falseness but are tame in comparison with tints – which temporarily transform your own into more bolder colors!
Whether or not it is worth getting your eyelashes tinted depends on your personal preferences and the potential risks involved. Some people find that the look of tinted eyelashes improves their appearance and self-confidence, while others may be more wary of the potential side effects such as irritation or allergic reaction to the dye used in the process. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide if this treatment is worth it for yourself.
Tinted lashes do not necessarily need mascara as many of them come pre-colored or tinted. However, it is important to note that mascaras are often used to further enhance the look of tinted lashes. Mascaras can provide a thicker, fuller and more voluminous look to already tinted lashes by darkening the area.
It is not recommended to shower for at least 24 hours with eyelash tint as it can cause the tint to run and wash away.

Additionally, the heat and steam from a hot shower can cause the tint to fade faster, making it necessary to apply more product sooner.

The side effects of lash lift can vary from mild to more severe. The most common side effects include redness, itching, and irritation in the eye area. Other possible side effects may include temporary swelling, stinging, and burning sensation around the eyes.
